Is Technology Harm To Human?
Technology is the branch of knowledge that deals with the creation and use of technical means and their interrelation with life, society, and the environment, drawing upon such subjects as industrial arts, engineering, applied science,and pure science. In 2017, it is our technology's world, because it's bring a lot of advantages to human and it's make our life become easy. But because of the develop of technology, many people getting cancer disease from technology. So is technology harm to human? ( Ooi Lay Wei )
As we all know, the technology is very developed to date. At the same time of developed technology increases, human are gradually began to become lazy. Behind the reason is human are too dependent the machines. However , if these technologies outdated or damage, human will don’t know do anything for themselves, behind the reason is human are dependent technology too much, if once a day technology damage, human being will become “disable”. In my opinion, advances technology is harmful for human, if human being are dependent technology too much, it will occur less opportunity job in human workers. For first example, if human being are dependent vacuum cleaner too much, hour maid will loss their job, its will becomes less value in human workers. Behind the reason vacuum cleaner are more efficient compare with human. Second example such as washing machines, if human being are dependent too much , so human can’t wash clothes with hand? Third example such as vending machine, for some human are don’t know how to cook or lazy to cook, they will buy some cup noodle eat from vending machine for convenience. And the last example is car, now a day human will driving to work or school for convenience, human will not take a bus or ferry, over time it will occur air pollution. Its will effect healthy for human. ( Tan Yun Chin )
Furthermore, robots also become the hottest technology in this world. Robots actually become more significant in this world of revolution. Robots are smart , they can do almost all the things that human can do, maybe can do more than that. Their efficiency are higher as they will not feel tired and can “think” very fast as there are tons of information inside the robot. But this will bring us fully use the robot for some specify work, as this happen this will completely replace man work from it. What if, human replace from these technologies some of the people will lose their job out of their specified work. Now days in some of the industrial are replacing human work by robot, the work between robot and human can be setting into three phrase. Phrase One we call it fully human work by some of the job that cannot be distribution to the robot. Other than that, mobile technologies are also affect human a lot. Almost all the people even kids in kindergarten also hold a mobile phone in their hand. Their life change a lot without notice it. Their childhood is internet, YouTube, games , but not a toys, playground, and play around with the kids same with them. This is affect their thinking and their perspective towards life. They will lack of communicate and understanding to their surrounding and environment. And it will harm their health since they already touch from an early age. ( Teoh Qiao Zhi )
As conclusion, is technology harm to human actually is depend on how human use the technology. If human use the technology in the correct way then it will bring benefits to us like just now what we mentioned, for example vacuum cleaner help us to do cleaning job and robots help us to do somethings. But if human use it in the wrong ways then it will bring harm to us especially our health. We are the one who create and invention the technology so don't let the technology to control or harm us, but we should be the one who create, invention and also control the technology!
